For 2022, we are waiving our normal cancellation policy for in-person registrations, which is typically based on the date of cancellation. Now, if you have COVID-19 or related symptoms, or are no longer comfortable with the risks, regardless of date, you can receive a 100% refund for the in-person registration. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If an item arrives damaged or not as described, we’ll offer a refund or replacement. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
