We are excited to announce that KansasFest 2023 will take place both in-person and remote this summer.

Order your KansasFest 2023 t-shirt on the official KansasFest t-shirt store. Our vendor prints shirts on demand and will mail them to you beforehand. Please be sure to order well in advance if you plan to wear it at KansasFest. We are not selling or distributing shirts on site.

You may check-in to your room beginning at noon on Tuesday, and you must check-out by noon on Sunday. We offer optional early arrival at noon on Monday. Add this item to your cart if you’d like to arrive Monday. There are no meals or official activities on Monday.

Note: The in-person registration cost includes a commemorative pin, delivered to you at KansasFest. You do not need to order a separate pin.

Cancellation Policy: 100% Full Refund for any reason until July 17.
