This item is for a double room, with NO CONFERENCE. You will be asked at checkout if you have a roommate preference. Perfect for a spouse, child, or friend.

The in-person KansasFest conference is at the University of Illinois Springfield from Tuesday July 16 through the morning of Sunday July 21. This package includes room with furnishings, rental linens (pillow, sheets, and towels), shower curtain, toilet paper, parking for up to one vehicle, wireless and wired Internet, catered dinner on Wednesday and Thursday, the Friday pizza banquet, and breakfast and lunch on Saturday. The price does not include other meals (the dining hall is open weekdays for breakfast and lunch but is not included in our price), campus gym use, soap/shampoo or other personal items, or transportation (although carpools are encouraged). Order your KansasFest t-shirt on the official KansasFest t-shirt store. Our vendor prints shirts on demand and will mail them to you beforehand. Please be sure to order well in advance if you plan to wear it at KansasFest. We are not selling or distributing shirts on site.

Note: The in-person registration cost includes a commemorative pin, delivered to you at KansasFest. You do not need to order a separate pin.
