Japanese on the Apple IIGS

Presented by Ian Johnson. Apple never released Japanese language support for the Apple II, but thanks to the work of developers in the FAPPLE user group, a full Japanese environment is available for the IIGS. This session will demonstrate the capabilities of the Japanese Manager, FepGS, SysFont NDA, and related software, look back on the history of FAPPLE and their work, and discuss future possibilities for Japanese on the IIGS.
